About SEPAC
Northshore's Special Education Parent/Professional Advisory Council (SEPAC) is an active support and advisory network. SEPAC is a group of parents, professionals, and administrators who work together for the benefit of the special needs children in the Northshore School District. SEPAC sponsors monthly presentations, and also holds a monthly meeting to discuss and advise on district special education programs.
Monthly presentations occur on either the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of October, November, January, February, March, April and May. These evenings provide information on current topics relevant to parents and professionals involved in special education and are open to the public. Presentations begin at 7:00 p.m. and last until 9:00 p.m. Coffee and light snacks are provided. For more specific information, please visit the Presentations page.
SEPAC meetings are usually held the second Monday of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Click here for a schedule. The special education directors are present at the meetings and current topics regarding special education and SEPAC are discussed. Everyone is welcome. The meetings are also held at Northshore's Administrative Center. Room location may vary. Information will be posted in the Center's lobby.
